Definitions

When we say “Personally Identifiable Information” or PII, we mean any info that relates back to you as an actual person, whether that's on its own or combined with other stuff we might already have.

We're not in the habit of collecting your personal details unless you hand them over yourself — via a contact form, our chat widget (if you use it), or by email. That's on you to decide. What we do pick up automatically, just by you visiting the site, is things like your browser, IP address, and operating system. Nothing sinister there, it just helps the site run better for you and everyone else.

Whatever we do get processed goes toward one thing mainly: reaching out to potential clients or candidates who've got a genuine business reason to be talking to us.

If information ever needs to move outside India for business reasons, we stick to providers who've got proper safeguards in place.

We take what you tell us at face value. If the information you submit turns out to be false or misleading, that's really on you, not us.

Data Storage and How Long We Keep It

Your information sits on servers run by the cloud providers we work with, kept secure the way you'd expect. We hold onto it for as long as there's an actual reason to — usually tied to how long we're in touch with you as a prospective client or candidate.

About Minors

This site isn't built for anyone under 18, and we're not out there collecting info from kids. If you think we've somehow ended up with a minor's information, tell us, and we'll pull it fast.
